What it is
Training Tools are the practical helpers Atlas keeps within reach during a workout. None of them are complicated, but together they remove the friction and guesswork that get in the way of actually training well.
What it does
Supersets
Pair two or more exercises to train back-to-back with little rest. Set them up in your routine and the logger walks you through the pairing instead of leaving you to remember the order.
Warm-up set generator
Tell Atlas your working weight and it builds the ramp-up sets to get there — so you warm up properly without doing the maths.
Plate calculator
Enter your target weight and the bar you're using, and Atlas shows exactly which plates to load on each side.
Rest timer
A between-set countdown with an alert when it's time to go again — no watching the clock, no cutting rest short by accident.
Auto-regulation
Training isn't the same every day. Atlas lets you adjust load and volume to how you actually feel, using effort ratings — so a low-energy day flexes down instead of being forced or skipped.
How it works
- 1
Build supersets into a routine when you set it up; the logger handles them during the session.
- 2
Open the warm-up generator or plate calculator from an exercise while you train.
- 3
Start the rest timer between sets — it counts down and alerts you.
- 4
Turn on auto-regulation to let your sessions flex with your energy.
Good to know
- Auto-regulation is especially useful if your energy varies day to day — it's there to keep you training sustainably, not to push through every session.
- The plate calculator quietly saves a surprising amount of mental effort over a long session.
