What it is
The Nutrition module gives your training something to run on. It estimates how many calories you burn (your TDEE) and turns your goal into daily calorie and macronutrient targets, with plain explanations of what those numbers mean.
Logging is built to be fast. The food database is Open Food Facts, an open, worldwide catalogue, so it works wherever you are — and you can scan barcodes, reuse recent items, and save favourites instead of searching from scratch every time.
There's more when you want it: meal ideas filtered to how you eat, a weekly meal planner with an automatic grocery list, supplement tracking, and micronutrient detail — all optional, and tucked away until you need them.
What it does
Targets that make sense
Atlas estimates your energy needs, sets calorie and macro targets for your goal, and explains the reasoning.
A worldwide food database
Powered by Open Food Facts, so foods from your part of the world are covered — not just one country's.
Barcode scanning
Scan a product to log it instead of typing it out.
Recents and favourites
The foods you eat often are a tap away.
A weekly view
Step back from a single day and see how the week is going.
Meal ideas for how you eat
Browse ideas filtered to your goal and your diet — vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, paleo, Mediterranean or lower-carb — with free-from filters for anything you avoid.
Plan your week
Line up meals across the week and Atlas builds a grocery list from them. Log a planned meal in a single tap.
Supplements
Keep your regimen in one place and tick each one off as you take it, with a daily history.
The full picture
Beyond calories and macros — track fibre, sugar, sodium and key micronutrients, with energy shown in both kilojoules and calories.
Energy balance
See what you've eaten against what you've burned — a clear daily in-versus-out. Connect Health Connect and your "out" uses the active energy measured by your watch, not just an estimate.
