What it is
Calendar Sync puts your planned training into Google Calendar so it sits alongside the rest of your life. It works with two very different ways of scheduling, because not everyone trains the same way.
Whether you train on fixed days of the week or on a rolling cycle that drifts as life happens, Atlas keeps your calendar honest without forcing you into a rigid grid.
What it does
Fixed-weekday mode
Assign your training days to specific weekdays — say Push on Monday, Pull on Wednesday, Legs on Friday — and they repeat on those days.
Rolling-rotation mode
Run a cycle like Push / Pull / Legs / Rest. The schedule re-anchors when you finish a session, so a workout done a day late simply slides the rest of the cycle forward instead of breaking it.
Honest about real life
Miss or move a session and the schedule adjusts, rather than leaving you with a calendar full of things that didn't happen.
Pause and resume
Going on holiday? Pause the sync, and pick up where you left off when you're back.
Kept in step
Events are created, updated, and removed as your plan changes, with enough detail to tell what each session is.
How it works
- 1
Go to Profile, then Calendar Sync.
- 2
Connect your Google account.
- 3
Choose your mode: fixed weekdays or rolling rotation.
- 4
Your training days appear in Google Calendar.
- 5
Train as normal — Atlas keeps the calendar in step, and you can pause any time.
Good to know
- Rolling rotation suits anyone who trains “three on, one off” rather than on set weekdays.
- Fixed-weekday mode is best if your week is built around the same training days every time.
