What it is
Atlas turns your training into something to earn, honestly. Achievements aren’t handed out for opening the app — they’re grounded in the same published standards as the reference layer, so an elite star genuinely means elite.
Challenges give you a target to chase, and XP and ranks track the long haul. What you won’t find is anything that rewards padding numbers or never resting.
What it does
Achievements that mean something
Grounded in real standards, not participation. Would a real lifter nod, or roll their eyes? Only the first kind ships.
Challenges to chase
Take on targets built around consistency and volume — with more on the way.
XP, levels and ranks
A long-game progression that reflects the work you actually put in.
Consistency, not streak-cruelty
Measured in weeks holding your own target — never a streak that punishes a rest day.
Fair leaderboards
Normalised so size doesn’t decide the ranking, with a privacy opt-out.
How it works
- 1
Train — achievements unlock from your real logged work.
- 2
Join a challenge and track your target.
- 3
Watch your XP, level and rank climb over time.
- 4
Browse what’s still dark to see the next thing worth earning.
Good to know
- Nothing here rewards padding or never resting — rest is always valid and never has to be earned.
- The rarest achievements staying locked for most people isn’t a gap — it’s the point.
