Standards & Tools

See exactly where you stand — from your first rep to world-class — with real, published benchmarks across strength, bodyweight, and the specialty sports.

What it is

Standards & Tools is the reference layer at the top of Atlas: it takes your numbers and shows you where they actually sit against recognised standards — not a made-up score, but the same tables the sport uses.

It spans every legitimate discipline, and every one runs the full range: absolute beginner to world-class. Nothing is capped below the top, so there is always a next rung to climb toward.

What it does

Strength Score

Rate any lift with DOTS, Wilks, IPF-GL and Sinclair — bodyweight-fair scoring, so a lightweight and a heavyweight compare honestly.

1RM calculator

Estimate your one-rep max from any set you’ve done, without maxing out.

Calisthenics skills

Map your bodyweight skills from first attempt to elite, where the skills themselves are the ladder.

Endurance & conditioning

Row and run benchmarks plus heart-rate zones, so cardio has real targets too.

The specialty sports

Published standards for strongman, tactical fitness tests, kettlebell sport and grip — the disciplines other apps ignore.

Beginner to elite, everywhere

Every discipline carries the whole arc. You’re never told the system isn’t built for you.

How it works

  1. 1

Open Standards & Tools from the More tab.

  2. 2

Pick a tool and enter your numbers — a lift, a time, a bodyweight.

  3. 3

See your level, and exactly what the next standard asks for.

  4. 4

Browse the published standards for any discipline to set your sights.

Good to know

  • The standards here are the same ones your achievements are built on — a star and a standard can never disagree.
  • Scores are bodyweight-relative where it matters, so progress is measured fairly no matter your size.
