What it is
Programs are structured, multi-week training plans with progression built in. Rather than doing the same routine indefinitely, a program maps out how your training should change across several weeks — a concept trainers call periodisation.
You can start from a ready-made template for your discipline, generate one from your goal, or build your own — then follow it week by week. Atlas tracks which sessions you've completed in each week and adapts using the same check-ins it uses for routines.
What it does
Weeks, planned
Each program lays out its training across multiple weeks, with the work changing sensibly as you go.
Template, generated, or hand-built
Start from a ready-made template for your discipline and level, let Atlas generate one for your goal, or build your own from a routine.
A clear week view
See exactly what each week holds and where you are in the plan.
Per-week tracking
Atlas knows which sessions belong to which week and marks off your progress.
Adaptive
The same readiness check-ins used for routines apply here, so the plan responds to how training is actually going.
How it works
- 1
Open Programs from the Train tab.
- 2
Generate a program for your goal, or build your own.
- 3
Follow week one, completing each session.
- 4
Atlas tracks your completion and moves you through the weeks.
- 5
Finish the program with a clear record of everything you did.
Good to know
- Programs are the natural next step once a single routine starts to feel repetitive.
- Sessions you complete in a program still feed your full progress history and analytics.
